For members who regularly use the same supplies, we offer a hassle-free delivery subscription where you can receive your medical supplies once a month. Once you place an order, you can opt to get your supplies regularly shipped to you, so you can get them when you need them. Don't worry, we'll always check in with you before we ship out in case you'd like to make any changes to your order.


How can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

We can deliver your supplies more or less frequently, depending on your preferred delivery schedule. For example, if you prefer to receive your products weekly, instead of monthly, we can modify your subscription settings at any time.


My order requirements have changed and I need more or fewer products - can I change my monthly order?

Your orders can be customized to fit your needs as many times as you want. However, any changes to your subscription orders could affect your insurance coverage or require a new prescription. If you'd like to order fewer products than your prescription states, you can reduce the number of products per month without requiring a prescription change. However, if you'd like to order more products than your prescription states, you'll need to get a new prescription from your doctor. Don't' worry, our team is happy to speak to your doctor and help you get your new prescription -- just give us a call! In the event that your order change has exceeded your insurance coverage, you'll be required to pay the remained out of pocket. Our team will notify you should any change in pricing occur.


What if I want to cancel my membership?

Better Health memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time. We know life is constantly evolving and changing, and won't require you to sign any contracts or make any commitments. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please reach out to us.


Can i re-order my supplies online?

Yes! Through the Better Health member portal, you can re-order your supplies quickly and easily. If you need to change your insurance you'll still need to call a member of our member care team to ensure we can still serve you
