What is Better Health?

Better Health aims to make the process of finding and ordering medical supplies as easy and transparent as possible. We offer a selection of medical supplies, to make sure you're using the right products for you, and deliver your products straight to your doorstep, for free. Along with supplying medical supplies, we also offer personalized consultations with our product specialists and complimentary coaching. In order to make the ordering process as smooth as possible, we'll work directly with your medical provider, to obtain all medical documentation, and then with your insurance provider, to manage your claims and coverage. We want to make sure you're optimizing your insurance benefits and never overpaying.


Who is Better Health for?

Currently, we're able to serve those looking for ostomy supplies, intermittent catheters, external catheters, and incontinence supplies. We're constantly working to expand our offerings — if you need a product that you don't see on our site, please give us a call! We'll do our best to get you the help you need.


What do I need to know before joining?

Like other medical supply providers, we operate on an exclusivity basis, which means if you would like to receive your medical supplies from us, you should not be getting the same type of supplies from any other suppliers. Ordering the same supplies from multiple suppliers will lead to the denial and complication of insurance claims. To prevent being overcharged, we recommend canceling your next order with your current supplier before switching to Better Health.


How do I get started?

In order to assist you, we'll need you to learn about yourself and your medical condition, so we can serve you better. Don’t worry, you'll only have to do this once. Our 3 step process includes:

1. Telling us about you: This first step is where we get to know you a little better. We'll ask you for information such as your full name, date of birth, state of residence, address, as well as medical release information should you want someone else to be able to correspond with us on your behalf.
2. Providing your insurance details: The second step is gathering your insurance information. We'll need information about your doctor, as well as your primary insurance provider (and any secondary insurance, should you have any).
3. Sharing your product needs: Lastly, we'll ask you to select the product categories you're interested in, such as catheters, ostomy, or diabetes. If you already know which specific brand or product you want, we'll set you up with it. If you're still looking for the right product for you, we'll make recommendations and help you order samples to try out at home.


Where do you ship to?

We deliver your medical supplies to all residential addresses and PO boxes around the US. However, we're temporarily unable to deliver in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. If you're located in these states, we'd be happy to let you know once we’re able to deliver -- get notified by joining our waitlist here.


Do you require a prescription?

Yes. But if you don't have a prescription, don’t worry! We'll personally work with your doctor to get the proper documentation on file so we can get you the supplies you need. If you don't already have a prescription, please be sure to give us your doctor’s name and contact information.
